About

Kristi Taylor was born April 15, 1983 in the small town of Cleburne, TX. Her acting career began in high school as she joined drama class as an elective. She came to love the characters and stories of the works in which she studied for class and continued her education while assisting and performing in multiple productions throughout the rest of her high school and college years.

It was soon quite clear that she was destined to be in the entertainment industry full-time as a performing actress and singer. She chose to dabble in the technical side doing stage management for various plays and musicals for a while in her early years.  However, her true passion was acting and singing.

Kristi graduated with high honors from Texas Wesleyan University with a BA in Theatre and minor in English in 2013.  Her main areas of focus were performance, directing, and playwriting.

She has performed in show after show throughout the state of Texas, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Virginia, New York, California, and Georgia. In January 2016, she moved to Atlanta to further her career in the film industry. Since moving there, she has had over 30 roles in feature films, TV, web series, short films, and comedy improv.

Kristi is a special guest teaching artist at The Actors Scene in Buford, Georgia. Her classes include Introduction to Improv. For more information, visit The Actors Scene website.
